Narantuul International Trade Center is renewed in 1999 and connected to the municipal engineering system has an area of 17.1 hectares for trade and service and 5-6 hectares for auto parking.
In the trading center, there are about 15000 business people engaged in trade and service activities such as wholesales and reatils of foodstuff and consumers goods, vegetables, meat & meat products, pubs and cafes, hairdressing & beauty salons, tailor's shops, curtain shops, electronic & electric facilities, construction materials, bath-house and sauna, audio records etc. Daily turnover for those people is 4-5 billion mnt in average.
For the purpose to make services closer to tenant, the trading center is cooperating with branches of XAAH, Savings, Golomt, and Capitron commercial banks provide business people abd customers with services as oney transfer, mortgaged loans, currency exchange and savings. Also some of the national top companies as MobiCom, Skytel, Mongolian Railway and Makh-Impex are carrying out their branch services.
A day 100'000 customers visit Narantuul ITC and are served with national manufacturers' products as well as foodstuffs and commodities imported from many foreign countries including Russia, China, Japan, Korea, USA, France, Germany, Poland, Vietnam, India etc. It has three buildings as the market for home electric facilities, food market and consumer goods market as well as freezing storage with capacity of 700-800 tons of meat.
